Most often when we consider yoga we are immersed in the movement (asana) and breath (pranayama). Did you know that the 8 limbs of classical yoga represent a philosophy and practice that literally spans all the styles you have ever seen or practiced. Until I began to study the 8 limbs and apply them in my life, I didn’t truly understand the practice.
In these flows you will gain a thorough understanding of the yogic view on everything from how our interactions with the world can be used for inner growth to how the deepest levels of calm and balance are achievable. Find out how all aspects of practice – and life – point to ultimate freedom from pain and sorrow and to a life immersed in joy, happiness, and purpose. Each week will have a specific style of yoga & lesson from The 8 Limbs of Yoga. The movement, meditation & breathwork will be unique to each series.
Starting Tuesday November 14th, You can catch this special flow every Tuesday at 6p & Sundays at 3:30p. Each week will be a lesson of an 8 limb, journaling, flow & soundhealing. Snacks & drinks will be provided & special take home gifts along the way!
