Unwind Wednesday: Hit all your stress spots physically & mentally. Most of us hold a lot of tension notonly in our mind, but in our body as well. Come out over your lunch hour to open your hips, stretch your neck & shoulders, engage in mindfulness, release tension, and reduce stress to get you through the rest of your week. Led by a Yoga teacher who is also a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
