Following our Ceremony recieve Yoga class with Lindsay and live music sound healing from Olive. Our intention focused on bringing balance to the body, and releasing any tension or stress from the Holidays. This time of year we focus alot on others, so take this time to Nourish your Self. A 60 minute flow followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath and Ayurvedic Reset. Get comfortable with bolsters and blankets as we come around and offer Healing touch of the feet, hands, shoulders and neck.
