Yoga After Work : BYOD // Lindsay

Join us every other Friday & release your week with this fun flow for everyone. I’ve been wanting to give back to all of the amazing humans who serve our community, teachers, doctors, nurses, first responders, mental health workers, etc. This flow is meant for you to unwind, connect & relax. Bring Your Own Drink of choice is welcome! Tea & snacks will be provided, along with props needed.

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath. This physical practice is offered with some yoga philosophy, music, and perhaps some humor.
