All-Levels, All-Bodies, It’s All In. This flow incorporates meditation, movement, and pranayama (breathwork) designed to unify the mind and body. Classes will incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and use a variety of props. While some aspects of the class may be more challenging and create “heat,” the goal of this class is accessibility. We are invited to the mat to explore what it means to do something “hard” vs. something “soft” – something “new” vs. something “familiar” – something “easy” vs. something “challenging” and explore all aspects of experience with a loving and open mind.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping into the studio for the first time, there will be a satisfying and appropriate path for you in this class.
