Yoga for Stress: Reduce stress Isometric movement to strengthen you from the inside out, slow flow to work on controlled movement, stretching for flexibility, balancing poses to calm the chatter in your mind, breathwork to calm your nervous system, and guided mediation to soothe your mind.  Led by a Yoga teacher who is also a Licensed Mental Health Professional
