I invite you to join me (Lindsay) for yoga, meditation & super great homemade vegan donuts & goods. I am having fun exploring a more vegan & vegetarian diet & want to share my creations. You don’t have to do “All The Things” to be a yogi, but having an open mind, working on yourself & continuing to learn is what it’s all about. This flow is for all abilities and will be fun & relaxing.
My intention with these classes is for you to get curious about yoga beyond the asanas. (Asanas are the physical postures in class.) These flows will incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga, chakra work & much more. Whether you are already following a plant based lifestyle or here to explore with me, it’s welcome to all!
