Sunday Vibes : A Flow + Breath Event

Join Lindsay & Rachel for a soul-full morning to nourish the mind, body & soul. This is for all experiences & abilities, for every body.

We will begin with a gentle flow of movement with Lindsay. Gentle Flow combines a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the play between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.

Rachel will lead a beginner-friendly breathwork session. Within this journey, Rachel Degen, owner of Explore Self & Soul, will guide you through a 30 minute meditative breath session that will more deeply transform and transmute energy within you that is no longer serving your highest and best self. You will learn what it feels like to be part of a container that holds so much sacred space to simply be who you are. While you may share the space with other souls, your journey will be your own. 

Other benefits of breath movement include calming your nervous system, which can improve your overall immune system. You can also more easily regulate your emotions, relieve stress/anxiety, gain clarity on a decision, and tune into your inner wisdom with more faith and trust. Your body knows what is best to heal you simply by having conscious awareness of your breath. You are that powerful! See what you are capable of, and know that you will be safely held and supported.

Lastly we will finish grounding ourselves with a healing sound journey. Enjoy your soundbath with lavender essential oil eye pillows. Light snacks & refreshments will be served.
