We are focused on helping every family have a loving & bright Christmas ! @thesupplyhive & @dsmflea are accepting donations that will significantly help families in need this Christmas. Join us for an all-level flow donation based flow in the beautiful studios of Ballet Des Moines. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and intention for the week ahead. A great way to reset for your weekend & release anything needed from the week!

Enjoy a delicious complementary coffee + tea bar with products from our favorite local coffee shops with donation! Bonus points for bringing your to-go mug or favorite cup if you can!

Mats & props are provided with your class purchase but you are welcome to bring your own. Donations can be made via cash, venmo, paypal or card at class, recommended $15-20.Please Note : Doors open 15 minutes prior to class & close 1 minute to class starting & will not be re-opened.
