Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with ourselves and our environment. Each class is unique, but may include the many variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga is designed for those who want and need to fill themselves back up. Life on the outside can be pretty stress-filled these days. Restorative Yoga helps you remember how to find the calm in the storm, have strength from within and revitalize yourself so that you feel whole again. This restful yoga practice will help bring balance and peace back into your life again.

You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply. Class will finish with a guided meditation creating specific intentions. Open to all levels.
