Move mindfully at a slower pace in this unique flow to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with ourselves and our environment. Class may include slow variations of flows as well as standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation. This restoring yoga practice will help bring balance and peace back into your life again. Class may finish with any variation of a guided meditation, gentle breath-work or soundbath.
